We focus on consolidating local market leaders in referral, specialized or first contact veterinary care in Slovakia and Czech Republic and currently operate the largest veterinary care network in the CEE region.

We focus on developing fully integrated modern post-acute and rehabilitation centres in Slovakia, to address the system-wide scarcity of post-acute capacities and ever growing demand.

Tactical opportunities

We are seeking opportunistic capital deployment and buyouts regardless of asset’s segment in case of favorable entry valuations and clear value creation strategy after HardWood’s engagement.
