About the role
You will be receiving inbound leads from the web. Your role is to research the person and the company that signed up for the product demo. If they fit our client profile, you reach out to them to schedule a product demo call. You will be the first person in Vestberry they come in contact with.
When we organize a webinar, all attendees are potential prospects. It is your role to research them and identify the relevant ones. You reach out to those and explore their interest in Vestberry.
You run cold outreach – either via email or Linkedin. You do the copywriting and/or cold outreach automation. This activity is about coming up with new hypotheses and testing them. Hopefully, improving our conversion rate (cold outreach) in the process.
When we attend a conference, you help research the attendees and find relevant prospects our Sales managers should talk to in person. You run the follow-ups after the conference as well.
Compensation package 💰
For a full contract (160 hours a month), the fixed compensation starts at 1 400 EUR per month. To reflect performance, there is a variable bonus available. For each lead that SDR prospects, qualifies, and schedules a Meeting with the Sales Manager, you will receive a bonus starting at 20 Euro/lead. If the lead does not show up for the call, or the Sales Manager evaluates it as NOT RELEVANT after the call, the reward does not apply.
