Invoicing and Quality Assurance Associate

Invoicing and QA Associate is the team member and leading support/backup for Invoicing and QA Manager. Invoicing and QA Associate deal with the below mentioned activities proactively by raising awareness, coming up with improvement ideas and providing visibility of issues and thus contributing to avoiding the issues in the future.

The position has 4 main responsibilities with regards to leadership, monitoring, analysing, reporting and follow up of the below:
• leading support for the team and backup for Invoicing and QA Manager
• monitoring of incorrectly issued TFFs in the store, processed TFFs at Processing department and incorrectly refunded by Refund Points
• monitoring of invoicing and monitoring and analysing of crediting process to reduce correction of invoices
• reporting incomformities within the process and creation of action plans

Main duties and responsibilities

• Gathering feedback about incorrectly issued forms. Investigate the root of the issue and ensure corrective actions.
• Report and analyse mistakes done at Processing Department. Discuss and suggest corrective actions.
• Create valuable reports on incorrectly refunded forms and undertake actions to minimize loss (if possible) by debiting the refund offices for their mistakes and directing incorrectly refunded TFFs to appropriate destination for recovery purposes
• Ensuring the invoicing/crediting process is done on time, issues are reported, elevated and escalated in timely manner
• Contributing to the team effort and accomplishing results
• Ensuring the correct reporting and proactive communication of the above is done.
• Supporting the team and set up priorities
