1-3 years of experience handling software licensing, SaaS sales and commercial transactions associated with the software sector gained either with a Law Firm or In-House Legal Team,
Solid background in drafting and negotiating software licenses (including cloud, SaaS and hosted service services agreements), and related out-bound technology transactions agreements,
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, challenging environment as part of a dynamic team of professionals,
Ability to communicate effectively in group settings and before senior management,
Ability to work under pressure,
Well organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under demanding deadline pressure,
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team orientation,
A strong written and verbal English & Russian language skills are a must.
